bored and hyper off of junkfood

so uhh what to say?
well i'm getting my first pet ever, and i'm super excited. i'm getting fish. you know start small and work your way up, thats what i alwasy say [well not really always, but you know].
i got a job. first real part time job. very hyped about that too! i work at my university for some engineering company thats re-doing some stuff up there. so i help them out. i do photocopying of building drawings. pretty boring must admit, but the pay is good. my coworkers are the best ever. they are all mostly in their 40's but man are these people funny and soo smart! i just love them. they are so good at making me feel welcomed!
i have reading week next week! oh boy, so happy about that. all week i'll be working, sleeping, eating, studying, going out a bit, and hanging out with friends if we can finally all get together.
oh man curious george opens today. i can't wait to see it! i think i'll go sometime this coming week with anyone who is willing to go with me.
well the olympics officially opened today! yay for that!! go team canada! and team croatian! and team slovenia!! go everyone! yay! bring on the sports!
uhh so i was talkng to a friend and he said things and i just had the best come backs ever..so i thought i'd share that..so you know, time goes by faster..lol

he said: i'll meet you at the bar so we can drink our sorrows away.
i said: no.
not drinking our sorrows away.
but rather drink to our pains and sufferings, for they have made us who we are today.

he said: you should go, it's so close to you.
i said: i should...but when do we ever do things we should do? never!

ohh so wise beyond our years! booya!!
